Santander consumer pressured me into purchasing a XXXX XXXX XXXX a XXXX car into a XXXX plus deal with 26 % interest on the loan when I could barely make it. I was in the military and they scammed good not even giving me at 10-15 % options when I was XXXX years of age with a wife and child I was picking between paying my car note or putting food in our mouths. Along with XXXX XXXX in XXXX, La. They sold off the the sub prime loans and didnt tell me and in XXXX they didnt offer any relief during COVID-19 pandemic and wont release me my title to the car I was scammed into buying.They constantly threaten me with letters of repossession even when I would be on time with payments.
