Consumer Narrative

I have contacted FedLoan Servicing three times - in XX/XX/2021, XX/XX/2021, and again today, XX/XX/2021 - regarding a series of seven non-consecutive payments they are claiming are do not count as Eligible Payments for PSLF purposes. The two reasons listed for why these payments don't count are ( 1 ) " You Do Not Have A Bill Due For This Payment Period, '' and ( 2 ) " Your Payment Was Received Outside of Payment Period Window. '' I have been on auto payment since I started paying my student loans, so neither of these explanations make sense : ( 1 ) if I had no bill due, nothing should have been automatically withdrawn from my bank account, and ( 2 ) if I'm on auto payment, any payments should be made on time, without fail ; any failure to apply an auto payment on time would be the fault of the servicer, not me. Every time I call in, they tell me my payments are " under review. '' I don't understand why this request should take 5+ months to review and research.
