Bank of America, XXXX XXXX Master Card has been falsely/erroneously charging me for a rental car charge made fraudulently in XXXX, XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. Further, BOA falsely/erroneously repeated the same charge twice without any basis. BOA has admitted that they made an error in charging my card erroneously however they have not resolved the issue to date ( XX/XX/XXXX ). I have been in frequent contact with BOA trying to resolve this issue, both on the phone ( several hours waiting on hold ) and at a local BOA branch. I have submitted a police report to BOA which was issued by the XXXX, XXXX Federal Police, yet BOA has refused to refund the original fraudulent charge of {$440.00} and indeed charged my card a second time for the exact amount ( {$440.00} ) without any basis. BOA credited my card {$440.00} while " investigating '' my claim, but last week charged my card another {$880.00}, stating that " We confirmed statements were mailed to the address you provided for this claim and payments have been made on the account '', with no other clarification. I am frustrated and feel like BOA has stolen money from me and has not complied with their credit card contractual agreement. Lastly, I have not used any of the XXXX miles which I have earned and fear losing them if I get rid of the card.
