Ive been unemployed since XXXX XXXX i filed for benefits and was approved, my claim was not payed till late XXXX, i was able to access the funds once.XXXX XXXX granted my back pay as well, a lump sum over XXXX on early XXXX my account was frozen, i then reached out to XXXX and got it all straightened out.. Bank of america has recieved notification of my identity and still wont release account, ive talked to several departmenmts regarding my dilemma from fraud to deceased line, answering every question with true facts, everyone right. now they tell me to walk into a branch in order to recievt my money? while all banks are only letting consumers use a.t.m.s. how am i supposed to do that
