I used to be a very loyal customer since XXXX, chase bank is the only bank I ve using and I referred chase bank to all my friends. I have always been a good customer, I never deposit cash into my account, never withdraw large amount cash from my account, and I made all my payments on time. I had a good experience with chase bank before XX/XX/XXXX, chase bank soundlessly closed my account even without notice me. There are lots of service require credit cards, car rentals, hotels, etc., and I dont even have another bank, as a person travel a lot, my life has been ruining by chase. Then I tried to called chase card service, the card service neither given me a reason nor reopen my account, I felt very upset, this action, this closure is very unprofessional and aggressive, the spirit of contract in the transaction was broken by chase for no reason. After that I received a letter telling me that all my credit cards, bank account and even my safe deposit box have all been closed by chase. So called the number on the letter XXXX and asked then to reactive my account or review my transaction, they rejected my opinion without even thinking about it.
