On or about XX/XX/2021 I tried to pay the parking after a Dr. appointment with united Explorer MileagePlus Visa with Chase this card I have been using for more than 40 years the account is current and good standing, the amount was {$12.00}, for no reason the payment was declined, that was embarrassing and made unnecessary delay and exposure to traffic delay, I rushed to my clinic and I was shocked when I saw a note " Online '' the at my account is closed!, I called the customer service and they did not give any ligament reason to close the account, the violated their agreement and caused damage for my integrity and reputation.
