Ex wife missed a payment I was the closest signer on the loan I was never contacted by the XXXX XXXX XXXX about the missed payment. I viewed my credit report and noticed the late payment I called and had to make a payment out of my pocket on a vehicle that I was not using. I asked them to remove it in good faith from all 3 credit bureas in good faith and they didnt even have any empathy.
