every year sinse 2014 i have paid my taxes in XXXX rather than XXXX as that is easier for me .also paying the appropriate penalty charges .no one ever told me that was aproblem till this year when rather than call me and inform me of the problem and give me the oppertunity to fix it, quicken loans forced me into an escro account that i dont want and can not afford. i called and pleaded with them to let me pay them for the taxes and put things back like they were before this misunderstanding ... there response was not no but XXXX no absolutely no exception and their decision is causing me financial strain and hardship in Theese Troubled Times Please help me dissolve this unwanted and unneeded escro account thank you sincerely XXXX XXXX
