I already have a complaint open on this, HOWEVER, " XXXX XXXX AVP, Resolution Specialist Regulatory Complaints XXXX Bank of America XXXX, extension XXXX Case number : XXXX " had reached out to me on " XXXX XXXX, 2021, XXXX AM '', in which I had did what her email instructed " XXXX XXXX, Thank you for contacting the Regulatory Complaints Department of Bank of America. As your Resolution Specialist I welcome the opportunity to address your concerns. I am your point of contact until this matter is resolved. Before I complete a review of your concerns, I need to confirm that you are the party who engaged the CFPB by speaking with you directly by telephone. Please contact me by XX/XX/2021 to confirm that information. My days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Please note that we will be responding to your concerns via a secured email. I have called 5 - 6 times at this point, no returned call, and I emailed after every call, no returned emails. it is extremely clear, that I am being neglected and ignored, and this person nor company does NOT care to solve this issue ... ... ... ... I have all of the emails I have been sending back to XXXX XXXX, to show that I have been attempting to reach out. And I have started recording my calls to show that I AM calling and leaving voicemails ... ...
