My service was XXXX to XXXX atXXXX XXXX XXXX and now they have sent my account which shows {$440.00} and now it's to collection agency 'Merchants And Professional Collection Bureau , IncXXXX XXXX for {$440.00}, my date of service was XXXX XXXX and i had XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX health insurance and i had about {$50.00} deductible and total out of pocket cost was about {$820.00}. but i had copay very low. It has happened to me before that if hospital or clinic don't file claim on time frame according to insurance company guideline then they wouldn't get paid so i would like to get all information starting date of service to when they filed claim to my insurance and again i had about {$50.00} To {$75.00} copay. To me it's look like because of their billing department mistake, so then they go after patients to cover up their cost. They should Audit the billing department
