I had two medical bills, first time in 2016 i didn't have health insurance but i had mentioned that and some social worker came and told me that you don't worry, you will have to pay not a single dime and they coming after me, i had called the hospital several time and i talked to collection agency 4-5 times and they said i have to contact hospital in order to remove from my credit history now this is not right because i was told by social worker name XXXX or XXXX something and still the collection agency, name XXXX i believe says they can't remove this thing fron my credit record their name is Phoenix Financial Phone Number is ( XXXX ) XXXX they have told me that they can't contact hospital when i asked them to provide me the date of service, they said i have to contact hospital but anyway i was told by social worker that i won't have to pay any thing other wise i would have not gone to that hospital. And this is in 2016 and after all this years it didn't go to collection, i had called hospital several times like 2 years ago and they didn't tell me any thing.i had explained them about social worker too every time i called them. The amount they ( collection Agency ) billing me is {$1800.00}
