I have been trying to open business account with my credit union to get my PPP funding and Bank of America has incorrect information reporting to XXXX XXXX as fraud/acct closed/ nothing paid showing to XXXX XXXX. I contacted BOA and there system does not show any of this. BOA says there system shows closed account nothing owed upon closing. They even have record of them sending out XXXX cent refund. They tell me they do not see what XXXX XXXX says is showing and no way for anyone to generate any letter to XXXX XXXX because the system does not show any negative balances due. Finally talked with risk manager at BOA who said well send in a copy of XXXX XXXX reports and go from there. I tried calling BOA risk/recovery depts for fax or email to send paperwork too and all says fax has to come from institution. I go into BOA location and have them fax. I went into BOA and the reps faxed copy of XXXX balance due paperwork to XXXX XXXX then I asked for them to fax copy to their risk and or reocovery depts to be updated with what is going on as stated in above paragraph. They proceeded to call the depts to get fax number and both depts gave BOA admin run around like I had been getting back and forth to each dept stating this dept has to handle this, in the end BOA admin had both depts on line together as they spoke and no one had a fax number that paperwork could be sent too. they stated that they were working from home and no fax to give. one did provide a address for mailing paperwork to Florida ; however, My loan money is being held at another institution I'm at risk of losing my home and need resolution asap before my funds are returned and i can not get another ppp loan and my family and I will be out on the streets. I am even trying to open business acct with BOA so hopefully they can see their own mistake if they too use XXXX XXXX to determines eligibility of getting business acct opened at this moment I am at a dead end and need help sent out to higher up heads within BOA institution. having trouble getting paperwork to BOA to get XXXX XXXX updated. XXXX XXXX will not remove unless they here from BOA. BOA says nothing to update, yet the consumer is losing due to BOA error Consumer is suffering, Consumer will homeless on the streets of Michigan.
