XXXX connected me to Quicken Loans after I completed a questionnaire for an Equity Line of Credit. Their system referred me to Quicken Loans in which the latter info page fraudulently states : " Dear XXXX, Good news - You could get as much as {$90000.00} from your home by drawing from the value of your home 's equity. A Home Equity Line of Credit is a revolving loan that's tied to a bank account or credit card. The cash is there for you to use when you need it. If you use it to increase the value of your home through repairs or upgrades, it can become a valuable long-term wealth-building tool. Here 's what you can expect : Our Partner [ s ] listed above will soon be calling or emailing you in order to give you the expertise and guidance you deserve. Just answer their calls / emails or respond back on your own terms and they will help walk you through the process. You will be on your way to getting money in no time! '' Quicken Loans mortgage agent attempted to entice me to a cash-out refinance and told me Quicken Loans DOES NOT provide equity lines/HELOC. In closing, five XXXX course provider experts in the education department " wrote the book '' on mortgages, and how important it is not to mislead the public. Quicken Loans continues with their shananigans and I am willing to provide a sworn affadavit. I hold a XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) and will be a solid expert witness should the need arise. Thank you.
