JPMORGAN and Chase Bank. Repeatedly is unable to solve problem of recently discovered {$1200.00} USD thg that was siphoned from account last year. I just discovered this error while reviewing statement online with a JP Morgan Chase Customer Service representative approximately tw o weeks ago. I am XXXX. They denied the claim, despite being FDIC insured. This is unacceptable. Please contact me as soon.
