Contacted Bank of America in XXXX to advise we are being billed " Account Analysis '' fees for " Full Analysis '' checking accounts with XXXX. After advising Bank Of America that we have not used XXXX for over a year and that our business accounts should be setup as business advantage instead of Full Analysis, I was told they would resolve this by changing accounts to business advantage and credit back the fees. We have 5 checking accounts with them. I advised we don't need that many accounts and I would be glad to consolidate some of them but was told it would not matter as they are all part of same relationship. I have had several email and phone exchanges asking for status updates. I have called their general customer service number and was told the fees would be refunded. Its been more than 7 months without this being resolved. I also learned that a PPP loan did not qualify as a credit or lending relationship and that I would have to open an additional line of credit / credit card if I wanted to have wire transfer fees waived which I applied for after learning of this. XX/XX/XXXX - Emailed my account management team about excessive fees totaling approximately {$500.00} and that we are not using the XXXX service and need it cancelled. XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX - I called their general customer service line and was told they were escalating the case and putting a request in for fees including XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX - They emailed me back stating the refunds are still pending. XX/XX/XXXX - They again emailed me stating the refunds were still pending. XX/XX/XXXX - I replied to the email that they are still charging me the fees and I had noticed new fee charges. XX/XX/XXXX - They credited back the fees charged on XX/XX/XXXX but none of the fees before that. XX/XX/XXXX - I emailed my account managers stating the credits were not processed. I have not received any response or follow-up. I am attaching one of the email chain threads to this complaint. Total fees were {$2900.00} for several months. The amount Bank Of America has yet to credit is {$2200.00}. They should have the case details as I had opened at least 2 cases about this, one with my account management team and then one with their general support team.
