I am currently living at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, louisiana and Select Portfolio servicing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Utah XXXX have seized the property and I have 20 now 14 days to get vacant the premises. I have written them to inform them that the state of Louisiana is in the midst of a pandemic and made partial payments that were returned. now that the property have been seized I will become homeless. I have been living at the residence since 2015 and have sent t hem proof of my residency. they state that since the mortgage holder has passed that I have no rights to the property.
