First contact with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) in XXXX for moving from XXXX, XXXX to XXXX XXXX . I agreed the contract Job # XXXX for XXXX on phone. The agent from the company Mr. XXXX XXXX asked me my checking account at CHASE bank and charged ( Check No XXXX ) {$600.00}. As per the contract, they moved and I paid the {$600.00} by cash to driver onXX/XX/XXXX during pick-up and rest paid to driver on deliverXX/XX/XXXX After 2-3 weeks, I noticed that the moving company charged an extra {$600.00} to my checking account without my authorization ( check No XXXX ). I contacted the XXXX XXXX XXXX company in XXXX for returning this extra charge. They told, they will return me but have to wait for 30 days as they want to make sure I am not canceling the check. I contacted Mr. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. and he told me he has forwarded this for approval. I never received the check. Finally, he replied to me on XX/XX/XXXX by email, saying he forwarded my check to Mr. XXXX, who is the CEO of this company to sign the check. I have not received the check. No reply from Mr. XXXX to my subsequent emails or voice messages. I contacted Chase Bank in XXXX and talked to Fraud division, they told me since it has been 50 days, they can not do any thing, my claim rejected.
