In 2019, I started getting statements from for my AMAZON Chase credit card that showed many monthly charges with what looked to be membership accounts. They were refunding them but they never clarified what they were. I had files on my computer that appeared to be a business of some sort and a website in my name that could have been linked to this. I want to know what those charges were. In addition, I am separated from my husband going through a divorce. I asked for a new credit card number and now I have three ( the most recent being the one I asked not to be associated with ). The one I asked not to have ends in XXXX. The other two are XXXX and XXXX. Please see attached statements and their confusing letter. The customer service is very confusing. I returned a counterfeit print cartridge to XXXX XXXX ( as directed on XXXX 's site ). They put the money as a credit for XXXX instead of returning the money to my credit card. Chase mailed me a letter stating they refused to put the money on my card but my statement shows they did refund me the {$61.00}. Who made the {$61.00} payment on my account?
