I followed a link from a XXXX ad for a series of books. The link " Read the Series for Free with your XXXX Unlimited Subscription. I was charged {$23.00} for the series, even though the ad claimed it would be free. I attempted to dispute the charge with Amazon and had no response. I disputed the charge with Chase, the credit card company for Amazon, but they insist the charge is valid. This was a fraudulent " bait and switch '' advertisement.
