In a nut shell I was scammed by a loan company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX & they got into my checking account & reversed all the charges/Bill 's that I paid and they are saying they never received the payment. So now I'm getting phone calls, emails & text from all these people wanting their money.Meanwhile all the reversed money is sitting in my account, & they won't let me take it until they investigate. I was the victim of fraud and now I can't get my money & they closed my acct. I had to go & get another bank go through all the changes that goes along when something like this happens but it's not right. I DID NOT do anything wrong. The name of the bank is J.P.MORGAN CHASE. So that's basically it. I had to borrow money from a friend to pay some Bill 's & to eat. So it's not only the loan company that XXXX XXXX XXXX me the bank did as well.
