Citi bank credit is very mean reporting my current balance, its like by law i got told I shouldnt have to wait to next month to see my current balnce gets updated, so XXXX updated my current balance with citi bank which reflected my utilization from 27 % went down to 18 % its like citi bank not following guidence its like they dont follow any of that till they get full balance, updating my balance as pulling tooth out of their mouth the minute i updated my balance and requested them to update my score they locked my account to see if there is a fruad on my account, and yup i told them i paid that amount of money becuase their interest rate apr 29 % on the account, though they say they waives interest rate on covid time they dont so i had to pay them. so my problem XXXX updated the new balance and transuion refuse to update the balance becuase they instructed by citi bank where please have XXXX update my balance
