XXXX is continuing to furnish inaccurate information on my account furthermore they do not do proper investigations into my disputes. My dispute was delivered to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX yet XXXX still furnishes inaccurate data on my file without ensuring maximum possible accuracy Bank of America XXXX has the wrong date closed, The wrong date of last payment, and shows missed payments after the account was allegedly closed I sent a dispute Directly too Bank of America and they failed to acknowledge the errors my dispute was delivered XXXX XXXX XXXX days before XXXX received my dispute complaining of the same errors yet no change was made you would think after being put on notice twice in one month once directly by me and another by XXXX ( Since a Credit Reporting Agency must notify the data furnisher when the consumer is disputing the account ) That the alleged charged-off account would be corrected after both notifications but to no avail. Therefore XXXX has violated Title 15 1681E by not ensuring maximum possible accuracy before furnishing this information on my report and Bank of America has violated The following 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2-A 1 ( A ) -Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2-1 ( B ) -Reporting information after confirmation of errors 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2-2 ( B ) -Duty to correct and update information.
