ON XX/XX/XXXX a dispute letter of request for validation of debt was to Phoenix Financial was placed in the mail. It has been over a month and the collector has yet to remove the collection from my credit reports. I plan to send a follow up of this request again tomorrow XX/XX/2021 in attempts to resolve this matter with them. Phoenix Financial has a different address listed on their website than what the XXXX has. I will attempt to send the letter to that address in order to have this matter rectified, prior to your investigation being complete.
