I have an account which has been charged off. It is with JPMCB Card Services in the amount of {$2800.00}. I pulled my credit report today and noticed that they are reporting me as paying them during the months of XXXX and XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX in XXXX. I can guarantee you I would not have made a payment on a charged off account, thus, restarting the timeframe for which it will fall off the report. Unless, of course, we came to an agreement. This is an erroneous error and egregious for that matter. There was not even a decline in the amount owed. This is a blatant violation of FCRA regulations and if the account isnt removed immediately, I will be seeking a minimum of {$1000.00} in damages per day per violation for : Defamation Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud Violation of the FDCPA ( including, but not limited toSection 807-8 ) Violation of the FCRA ( including but not limited to Section 623-b ) Violation of FCRA ( Section 695-c ) I have attached photo shots of my credit report. I went back as far as I could and noticed it started in XX/XX/XXXX. That would be the start date I would be filing for, if this goes to court. I hope we can end this amicably and remove it from my credit bureaus ASAP. I am still willing to settle the account for the amount discussed a few months ago if you move forward with this action immediately.
