On XX/XX/XXXX I ordered a generator from Amazon using Amazon Synchrony Bank. The merchant was unable to deliver the item. I filed a dispute for non receipt of merchandise. Amazon advised me that Synchrony Bank is a separate entity from the store. I filed a dispute with the Synchrony bank on XX/XX/XXXX. They still have not given me a temporary credit while investigating the dispute. I called them and they advised that the balance will remain there while they investigate and that I am not responsible for the dollar amount. The only problem is that it is accumulating interest charges and my dispute is approaching the 60 day mark.
