Someone who works for netspend or ace has been stealing money from me and putting money back as in if I was depositting or withdrawing money back into the account. I have filed 2 complaints with Ace about my money being took without any alerts, emails, or text messages and NOTHING has been done. If I spend my money with my card I get all of the alerts, emails, and text messages, but when someone spends my money I don't get anything that shows I spent that amount.
