I purchased two reload it cards from a XXXX store about two weeks ago. One for {$100.00} and another for {$80.00}. I tried loading them to a prepaid card but it keeps giving me an error message, when I reached out to the company for help they claim there is no known issue they can see but simply its my fault because I triggered a fraud alert which blocked the transaction. After waiting another week which was their instructions I tried it again and yet again I got the same error message. I tried loading a different pre paid card thinking that may fix it. Nope no different no matter what I do the transaction wouldnt go through. I tried having the company refund me the amount I loaded onto the cards but they are requesting the receipt used to purchase the cards, the actual reload it card, and a photo id. I do not have the receipt anymore because it was so long ago so they refused my refund. This seems completely wrong because I have the card stored on their reload it safe they call it so I obviously have possession of that money so there should be no reason they should refuse me a refund.
