A few weeks ago, I disputed a XXXX charge to my Bank of America debit card in the amount of {$40.00}. My reason for the dispute was because I had cancelled the ride and, therefore, did not use their service. The Bank issued a credit while they investigated my dispute. Yesterday, the Bank debited my card for the {$40.00} and when I called to find out the reason, they said they had not received a response from XXXX and was going to go ahead and charge me the {$40.00}. How can they charge me the {$40.00} because they did not get a response from XXXX?! Also, I still havent received any response from another complaint ( # XXXX XXXX against them, and now this issue has arisen. I am going to close my account with Bank of America because they are no longer acustomer/consumer-friendly institution, but I need these issues resolved first before I can move forward.
