Dear Sir/Madam, I have disputed this account with XXXX XXXX XXXX and Synchrony Bank, which is the original creditor, the account number is XXXX. The XXXX failed to validate the debt and they sent the debt back to the original creditor. Suddenly, I received a XXXX form in the mail from Synchrony Bank, which I was really confused who acquire the debt was it, XXXX, or Synchrony Bank. Which a XXXX and Synchrony Bank both are reporting on my credit report from all bureaus with balances showing. However, I sent the original creditor a letter stating that the debt should not be reporting on my credit if I filed the loss on my taxes. ( See Attached letter from Synchrony bank ), which I do not agree to. This debt must be removed from all three credit bureaus.
