My complaint is about Continental Finance Corporate Office/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, MO I made my timely regular payments and established stable payment history, without delays. Last year, I have been affected by COVID-19, pandemic. During that period of time I notified as a credit cardholder of my financial hardship and unemployment.and requested the bank a forbearance and flexibility for the repayment. However, all my requests remained ignored and the bank avoided response. They never responded to my letters and inquiries, rotated in an endless runaround. This deception, fraud and unfair practices adversely affected my credit card account and imacted my credit score, resulting in a delinquent status and being charged off. My credit card # is:XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with the Continental Finance. Please assist me to overcome this consumer fraud as a victim since this bank is not willing to respond to my letters and repeatedly refused to address my concerns or resolve my account related negative reporting problem. I will also contact the Treasury Department and Attorney General in addition to my speech on XXXX and through the social media. I am an innocent victim of circumstances and consumer fraud.
