Today, XX/XX/2021, I just received an email from Bank of America says that my balance is below {$25.00}, which is odd. Because I know I have more than {$25.00} in my bank account. After I logged into my account, I saw {$880000.00} hold there in both of my accounts, so I called BOA ( XXXX ), and their customer representative said my accounts have been closed, checking and saving accounts but i can still use my credit card, and she can't give me a reason because " they have rights to do so ''. No email, no text messages or phone calls, they just closed my account without informing me, and if i didn't call, I wont know that my account has been closed. And she said I will receive a cashier 's check within 7-10 days. But then I found that my credit card account has been cancelled as well, I made another call ( XXXX ), this time another customer representative said that I won't receive anything until the investigation is over, I then asked what investigation and she refused to tell me.
