I had four unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account from 2 entities, totaling several XXXX dollars, on XX/XX/XXXX, which emptied my account, made my rent check bounce, incurred fees, and caused other emergencies. On another occasion, an obviously faked check was posted to my account. Customer service has provided wildly conflicting information, and refuses to provide a partial credit, or progress report. Now they say it may take 60 days to investigate an XXXX cent charge that hasn't cleared. The bank 's poor service and security are effectively punishing me for lapses on their end.
