XXXX, My Bank of America Mastercard ending in XXXX was marked for a 30 day late for XX/XX/2021. I called in, in XXXX, and the delinquent report was going to be removed. All 3 credit bureaus are still showing that it is there. Will you please ask update this, and ensure all three bureaus update my report showing that the XX/XX/2021 payment was current? If needed, they can pull the phone call. I called from XXXX, work number, the call was to ( XXXX ) XXXX, the call was on XX/XX/2021 at XXXX XXXX Central Time. It was a total of 20 min and 6 seconds long. It was recorded on their side per the representative. I cant remember the representative 's name I spoke with, but it was a woman. She waived the 30 day late on my credit after asking if we were affected by COVID-19. I asked about this with their XXXX customer service, and they said " its the law, '' for the reason they did not fix my credit report. I had just gotten off a confusing plan for payments due to COVID-19. So the 30 day issue was not due to not having the money. I wasn't clear when my payment was due. So the representative I spoke with was correct. She stated that I was covered under the CARES Act since I was just on their deferred program for COVID-19. I've sent a dispute for this with all 3 bureaus, they've declined to fix each one. Thank you
