On XX/XX/2021 I contacted XXXX recipient XXXX ( XXXX # XXXX XXXX for an inquiry of concert tickets. I was told from the original ticket vendor, XXXX, to send over the ticket amount, {$420.00}, to the XXXX recipient as I would receive a transfer of tickets via email as soon as I did so. There was an open format of communication between both the ticket seller and the original vendor until I XXXX over the {$420.00}, then I received no response or tickets from either. It has been over two weeks now and I still have not heard back from either the XXXX recipient or XXXX, so I am now resourcing for your services to file a fraudulent charge against them. Please let me know the following steps needed to be taken as I wish to resolve this matter as quickly and efficiently as possible.
