I have a chase checking account with quickpay with XXXX option. Two weeks ago I noticed a two XXXX with XXXX transaction to a person ( email address ) I do not recognize. 1 ) Contacted Chase customer service. They opened up a investigation 2 ) A week goes by and Chase customer service blamed XXXX. Told me they can't reverse the {$250.00} and {$650.00} ( 2 transactions ). The reason is after investigating the transaction was authorized by my iphone 11 with face-ID lock. I believe this is a lie because my phone does have Face-ID lock and is by my side at all times. Long story short Chase customer service is blaming XXXX. And XXXX customer service is telling me to contact my Chase account representative. Now I am out of {$900.00} in total.
