Today XX/XX/XXXX I contacted citibank in the morning around XXXX because I wanted to dispute a transaction with XXXX for {$30.00}. The lady helped me and the reason for my dispute was false advertisement on their free trial. She gave me a temporary credit and I went on about my day. I was able to access my account and moved XXXX to my savings equaling XXXX total and XXXX in my checkings. Yesterday XX/XX/XXXX was payday so I deposited into this account since I got a paper check for my first one. Now again XX/XX/XXXX XXXX I try to log in because I was making a purchase for my daughter that got declined and It said my access is completely blocked. Citibank blocks me every week seriously they do which I informed them. They said they couldn't verify my # or ID so I had to wait for a letter in 7-10 days. I have emergency payments to make by the XXXX of XXXX who's going to pay all my fees after that then? They aren't giving me NO information at all.
