I repeatedly make legitimate high-value payments and my account keeps getting frozen for fraud verification. Customer service keeps telling me the system can't change it, but this is disrupting normal account use. Every time make a payment, they immediately release the credit back onto the card, only for it to disappear by the next business day. Then that payment is placed on a XXXX day hold on suspicion of fraud. I have to call in, speak with a XXXX, do a XXXX way call with my bank so that they can tell them that it had already cleared, and then they release the hold.
