I purchased a welder and canceled the order, I was getting no response from merchant so I filed a chargeback on XX/XX/XXXX the bank waited till XX/XX/XXXX to contact merchant. Merchant responded XX/XX/XXXX Citibank waited till XX/XX/XXXX to respond saying it was my problem. They never asked for documents till that time and told me too much time had lapsed and it was my problem.
