On XXXX XXXX there was an error on my NetSpend account! The amount of {$600.00} was transferred from my savings to my checking account without authorization. After there were three debit charges in the amount of {$450.00}, {$3.00}, and XXXX {$0.00} cent charges. I immediately called NetSpend and gave oral notice. An agent from NetSpend told me I had to give a written confirmation of error. I completed all steps by XX/XX/year>! The amounts of {$3.00}, and the XXXX {$0.00} cent amounts were credited back into my account. After I was given a notification to wait ten business days for a decision to be made for the amount of {$450.00}. After ten business days passed, I was informed to wait 45 business days. Ever since Ive been informing the company of mis practices and even referred to the Electronic Funds Transfer Act to notify the company of the mis practices against myself. As of today XXXX XXXX Ive still not received a provisional credit, yet they are attempting to take 45 days to come up with a resolution for the error in my account! I am currently behind on bills and this is impacting me in a way I would never impact a hard working law abiding citizen such as myself!
