Please cross-reference this to Complaint ID XXXX, which was closed prematurely, and Complaint ID XXXX. I need for my bank, USAA, to demand that its third-party bill payment processor, XXXX, perform a complete and thorough investigation into the status of my missing mortgage payment. It is not enough to simply state that the payment was received by the mortgage company, XXXX. In its response to Complaint ID XXXX, XXXX indicates that it was XXXX that which requested return of the funds. However, when I disputed this matter with USAA, who turned it over to XXXX to " investigate '' I was informed that when XXXX contacted XXXX and talked to XXXX, he informed XXXX he could not speak to them regarding my account since they were a third-party. At no point in time did anyone ever contact me to seek authorization to help resolve this matter. Instead, XXXX simply closed the dispute I filed with USAA asserting that because they had documentation demonstrating the payment had been received by XXXX, they had essentially met their obligations for payment and washed their hands of the matter. No one at USA A has been able to resolve this matter and can not put me in touch with anyone at XXXX either.
