Consumer Narrative

In beginning XXXX I received a letter from U.S. bank saying they are closing my account. The issue was that i continued to have fraud and the incorrectly added a fraud claim on some items that were not fraud which caused my account to go into over draft when the reversed the charges. I called the bank 3 times in XXXX and today which is XX/XX/XXXX the are telling me the same. The bank is still holding my last direct deposit.
