When I received this card I was making my payments online and then it blocked me from the site, due to no number on file, I tried to have number added and could not get to the right queue to make payment. I kept getting charge fees, so on XX/XX/2026, I called and requested the payoff balance and made sure that this was everything because I did not want to deal with them any longer, I paid the amount they gave me in full and had them close the card. Almost two months later the sent me a text and an email that I now ow {$28.00}, I called and spoke with a supervisor on XX/XX/2026 and let her know that I requested a full payoff and need this removed. I called to check on XX/XX/2026, now it shows I owe {$57.00}. Please help, this is a trap for customers that have financial troubles and it does not help.
