For years and several applications I have applied for different credit cards with this bank. The latest was XX/XX/2026. Despite having excellent credit reports, excellent XXXX XXXX in the XXXX 's. High credit limits on all of my opened credit cards, as high as {$40000.00} om one card. A high 6 figure stable of 20 years income. Several high limit unsecured personal loans. Paid off mortgage, .Debt to income ratio is 1 %. No late payments ever. No over any limits ever. Successfully kept all cards current and open with monthly use. Most cards paid in full well before due dates. No minimum payments. All of that they continue to deny. It could be an act of Discrimination. Or the other reason maybe the computer system has my information crossed with another person with my name that has bad credit. The computer and algorithms makes mistakes but the human touch to rectify a mistake isn't happening. Incompetence is another factor when trying to get a live representative to look at the application. Another reason is I've been a victim of ID identity theft and have my credit bureaus frozen but I remove the freeze from all bureaus well before applying. I also have a fraud alert on all my bureaus as well. Other credit cards have asked for more information to confirm that I was the one applying for new credit, by sending a copy of a current bill, my drivers license as an example. The reason for my serious complaint is I was advised to get a secured card with a large down payment of {$5000.00} which I was willing to do, to start a relationship with them and overtime show consistency with them. I was again denied!! Zero liability, zero risk to them! Discrimination Absurdity. I take my credit and good name seriously everyday. Without good available credit many doors are closed to you. It's very very important to me. I just want to get to the bottom of my denials. Period. An approval should be issued now.
