I payed off my account on XX/XX/year>. Not long after I paid it off they locked my card and I have been unable to use it or do anything on line with it. I get a message to call their customer service and I have called them multiple times with no resolution. I asked them to close my account multiple times and go through their verifications and the account is still open and locked.
