XXXX transactions were deducted from my account totaling {$180.00} on XX/XX/XXXX I reported this to the bank on XX/XX/XXXX and to date I have not been given a provisional credit under the Consumer Protection of Regulation XXXX, these charges have been taken out of my account under fraudulent means without my authorization. The bank supervisors XXXX XXXX and XXXX of the fraud department says I have to wait XXXX business days while the case is being investigated. I feel this is unacceptable because this is the second case dispute that I've had to open from the same merchant ( XXXX ). The first case XXXX XXXXXXXX on XX/XX/XXXX a provisional credit was issued right away. The second case XXXX XXXXXXXX filed on XX/XX/XXXX for transactions totaling {$180.00} are being refused to be issued to me under the " XXXX XXXX of Regulation XXXX ''. This is all the money that I have and was allocated for bills, also I am on a fixed income and only get paid by Social Security once a month. Also I received an alert on my app that the debit card ending XXXX has been blocked on XX/XX/XXXX, if that's the case this whole issue is the fault of Citi Bank not protecting my funds cause that card was supposed to be blocked on XXXX XXXX from this first event of fraud transactions.
