Case Reference : XXXX I am submitting this complaint regarding a disputed charge related to a bill-negotiation service provided by XXXX and the subsequent handling of my dispute by Goldman Sachs ( Apple Card issuer ) . XXXX claimed to have negotiated a {$70.00} per month reduction on my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account beginning XX/XX/XXXX, totaling {$840.00} in annual savings. Based on this claim, XXXX charged a service fee of approximately {$330.00}. However, my XXXX & XXXX invoices do not reflect any such reduction. My XX/XX/XXXX invoice totaled {$310.00}, and my XX/XX/XXXX invoice totaled {$310.00}. There is no recurring $ XXXX monthly credit, no structural plan adjustment, and no material pricing change consistent with the claimed savings. I submitted this documentation to Apple Card Support ( Goldman Sachs ) when disputing the charge. Despite providing invoice evidence demonstrating that no actual savings were applied, the dispute was not resolved in my favor. I am requesting that the CFPB investigate : The validity of XXXX savings claim and associated service fee. Whether Goldman Sachs conducted a reasonable investigation under the Fair Credit Billing Act when reviewing my dispute. Reversal of the disputed charge if the savings claim can not be substantiated. Immediate termination of any future charges, authorizations, or recurring billing by XXXX related to my account. I have attached supporting documentation, including XXXX XXXX XXXX invoices and XXXX savings confirmation. I respectfully request formal review and corrective action.
