I just received a response XX/XX/XXXX2026 through CFPB from My complaint for CITI BANK/XXXX XXXX which they NOW have it as a dispute of {$640.00} which I never made a purchase or dispute of that amount, originally my dispute amount when made was for {$620.00} for a regular XXXX DOOR which at the time of purchase the price was for the amount of ( {$620.00} ) and when the representative put in the dispute he seen that door was now for the amount of ( {$640.00} ) and stated that it would be straightened out as the dispute progressed. Now they're saying the dispute was for the total amount of ( {$1600.00} ) because of the purchase I originally made in the beginning for ( XXXX ) XXXX DOORS which was for a ( XXXX XXXX DOOR WITH OVAL GLASS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DOOR AND FOR A REGULAR DOOR FOR THE AMOUNT OF ( $ XXXX and {$620.00} ) THE GLASS OVAL DOOR WAS PAID FOR IN FULL XXXX XXXX 2025 out of the ( {$3300.00} ) AND THE REGULAR DOOR FOR THE AMOUNT OF {$620.00} not {$640.00} that was placed in DISPUTE. I PAID THE AMOUNT OF ( {$3300.00} ) ( Before I received the discount ) for the ( NEW XXXX WASHER/DRYER for the amount of ( {$1300.00} ) and 5 year warranty 's for the amount of ( {$270.00} each ) due to the defects from the original orders of the XXXX WASHERS XXXX XXXX ) /DRYER WHICH MEANS MONIES WHERE DUE BACK TO ME. REGULAR DOOR FOR THE AMOUNT OF ( XXXX ) AND A DOOR KNOB FOR THE FRONT DOOR. There was an issue with not receiving the REGULAR DOOR FOR THE AMOUT OF ( {$620.00} NOT ( {$640.00} ) which led me to place it in for dispute which the monies where credited back to My HOME DEPOT CREDIT CARD. The problem was due to the representative entering the wrong amount when placed in dispute. I received a letter from XXXX XXXX in regards of the credit received which states for the REGULAR DOOR NOT RECEIVED ( THE MERCHANT CREDIT AMOUNT WAS FOR THE AMOUNT OF ( {$100.00} AND {$510.00} XX/XX/XXXX AND XX/XX/XXXX OF XXXX ) THE LETTER STATES... WE NOW CONSIDER THIS MATTER RESOVLED AND HAVE COMPLETED OUR INVESTIGATION ANY AMOUNT PLACED IN DISPUTE STATUS HAS BEEN REMOVED ).... which totals up to ( {$620.00} FOR THE ( XXXX ) REGULAR DOOR NOT RECEIVED/NOT {$640.00} ) So credits claiming they gave me for the amount of ( XXXX and {$1400.00} ) I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE AND WHY THAT WAS PLACED AS A CREDIT OR DISPUTE from the purchase I made for the XXXX DOOR WITH THE OVAL GLASS IN THE MIDDLE AND THE REGULAR DOOR everything was PAID IN FULL XX/XX/XXXX2025 AND MONIES WAS DUE BACK TO ME FOR PAYING THE {$3300.00} originally for the XXXX WASHER/DRYER AND XXXX DOOR WITH OVAL GLASS XXXX THE MIDDLE AND DOORKNOB. I've also spoke with ( XXXX THEN TRANSFERRED TO XXXX IN XXXX OPERATIONS FOR CITI BANK/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX2026 XXXX which XXXX states he thoroughly went through my HOME DEPOT ACCOUNTS and found that there was the letter CB/CREDIT BACK that was on my account that should have been credited back to my account a long time ago and that he would send that information over to whom who is to correct it and that I shouldn't have no balance and that I would receive something either through email or a phone call when it is addressed
