Consumer Narrative
I signed the agreement to make monthly payments as I lost my job. Told them I got a new job and get paid on a certain date and they agreed and when I went to pay on the day I told them they already sent it over to collections and backed out on the agreement. When I found out I called the credit company XXXX Bank and asked what was going on and why did they send it to collections they said I didnt make the payment. I told them to look back on the conversation and notes on the account that I spoke when someone and it was agreed to pay on the set date. They said they cant go back and fix it now and that I will have to deal with the credit company they sent it to. This is not fair when I was working on paying it with them and my first credit card and lost my job which I told them and set the agreement up.
