COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION I am filing this complaint against ChexSystems for reporting and failing to remove fraudulent and unauthorized inquiries from my consumer file. These inquiries were not authorized by me and appear to be the result of identity theft. Despite notifying ChexSystems of these fraudulent activities, the unauthorized inquiries remain on my consumer report. I am requesting that the CFPB investigate ChexSystems for failure to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically their obligation to ensure maximum possible accuracy and remove fraudulent or unverifiable information. I am requesting the immediate removal of all fraudulent inquiries and written confirmation of the corrections.
