I am filing this complaint against JPMCB CARD ( Chase ) for inaccurate and unverifiable credit reporting. Chase is furnishing derogatory information to the credit bureaus that is damaging my credit profile, including multiple late payments and a charged-off status. The account is being reported with the following negative history : 30 days late 60 days late 90 days late Charged off as bad debt This information is inaccurate, incomplete, and has not been properly validated. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), Section 623, furnishers of information have a legal obligation to conduct a reasonable investigation when a consumer disputes inaccurate reporting. I am requesting JPMCB CARD ( Chase ) to : Conduct a full reinvestigation of this account Correct or delete any inaccurate late payment history Remove the charge-off status if it can not be fully substantiated Provide written documentation showing how the information was verified Immediately stop reporting unverifiable derogatory information This inaccurate reporting is causing ongoing financial harm and must be corrected immediately.
